I am more than sure they equal the same. I am gluten sensitive and if the recipe calls for 2 cups flour I just use 2 cups of gluten-free flour. Hope this helps.

Happy belated Birthday Frank. Sounds like a wonderful birthday meal! I fried up some fresh cafish, fried potatoes and slaw. Too lazy to make hushpuppies.

So sorry Lee. I know you are dissapointed. Get that passport updated and you won't be left at home alone! LOL! There have been many times I just could not afford to go to New Orleans so I do understand.

I'm with you MrSmith. I always use fresh Tuna for my salad AND fresh Salmon for Salmon patties. Looks delish Jim Z and my blue cheese dressing was wonderful!
