Best meat to pasta ratio I have seen! :lol:

You probably get about 12-15 meals per pound of spaghetti with that ratio.

I love grilling food. :)

I must admit I don't care much for grill upkeep - procurement, storage, cleaning, moving, obtaining fuel, etc. :x

At the moment, in my new little apartment, I don't have a grill.

I "hit" the hospital again yesterday for a "little surgery". The long delayed cataract in my right eye is finally gone. Left eye gets done next Tuesday.

The sweet potato, if not verbally identified, could be taken for another piece of salmon of a different species, done with a paper wrap.
