Something is wrong here in Reno. We're out of sync. Daytime temps range 50-60 F, night time barely reaches freezing. Mountains on three sides of me are bare with a touch of snow at the very tops only. :?

I'm back to putting the bread in the fridge.

I have to try your salsa enhancement. I have a can of black beans. Is the corn you speak of just crisp corn? I actually have a bag of Tostitos Scoops as well, and also yellow, white and red onions. :) The jar of Pace is just a shopping trip away.
