After cleaning out many freezers for family after Katrina I don't keep much in the freezer. I can still see the ziplocks of rotten seafood spilling out on my legs when I opened one. Beer mugs, martini glasses and heavy glass shaker, some boneless breast and some pork cutlets are about it.....maybe ...

Since I moved to Kenner 2 months ago I've found a good place to get shrimp and fish. Fisherman's Cove on Williams (next to Harbor Seafood restaurant). These shrimp I just bought were labeled "Jumbo" and there is 16 to the pound for $4.99. The dollar bill for reference is 6" long - wh...
