This is what happens, if you're a bit naughty and don't lick the mats out of your fur, or allow your "food bowl fillers" to brush you occasionally. You go to the Vet and get a LION CUT. Oh the shame of it.

How do you do that? It is a major problem to get my shop cat, Bogy, nail's trimmed without the benefit of anesthesia.

We took him to the (cats only) Vet in the morning, and signed papers to allow him to be anesthetized. The Vet said that he should be ready for pickup between 5 and 6 pm, to allow time for the drug to wear off. :o

Just after noon we got a call to come and pick him up. They tried shaving first without drugs, he allowed it, and 30 minutes later he was all done. I guess he behaves better with strangers than he does with us. :roll:

Maybe he knew he was in trouble and just wanted to get it over with and get out of there as quickly as he could.
