Awt (Sharkey's Pal) and I had a discussion about...
Reheating food i.e. soup.

First, I must admit, I don't have much experience with LEFTOVERS...
I go by the once reheat and "fling" method
Awt only warms small amounts at a time.
He mentioned six re-warms.

Here is an article I found on the subject...
After reading, let's discuss.

My leftarounds get reheated one serving at a time, usually nuked, and always piping hot. Anything liquid is gonna come to a berl, at least around the edges. My wife, on the other hand, microwaves things half a minute, just enough to take the chill out, which scares me.

We reheat only what we plan to eat, usually in a double boiler. I also plan ahead and try not to prepare too large an original recipe.

If I have leftovers, I usually just reheat the portion I'm about to eat.

I forgot to remember, sometimes the fambly brings home leftover fried food. That always goes in the toaster oven. I would never have bought a toaster oven my own self, but it's useful on occasion.
