Bon Appetit Magazine just had a cover issue on this making no knead pizza. Last month or the month before. Been busy at work and had no chance to read my mags lately, but sounds good.Never tried no knead bread or pizza yet. Got try pretty soon. Will ck out your article too Mr Lake :) -JimZ
