Just read an online article about a restaurant in Pennsylvania titled "Crawdaddy's brings New Orleans style food to Harrisburg"...
"The multi-level BYOB restaurant serves soul food and New Orleans-style food such as crispy catfish po’ boys, crawfish and asparagus and chicken and shrimp gumbo with rice".

The traditional Cajun asparagus goes nicely with the traditional Cajun salmon that the old-time country Cajuns used to have during asparagus season when coincidentally the salmon were running in the bayous. Of course this classic Cajun meal would not be complete without quinoa in the entree, after a salad of home-grown arugula, and followed by fresh-picked mango for dessert.
