all, a word about Yelp. Yelp can be helpful, but it can also be filled with comments by people with an agenda, including unscrupulous competitors stirring up problems. As someone who has worked retail for 20+ years, I long ago came to realize sometimes people (often not customers because these folks often don't buy anything) have absurd expectations. Also, keep in mind that Yelp review pages that have no negatives aren't real either. Yelp has approached my store repeatedly offering to 'scrub' away negative reviews, for a fee. And no, I'm not disgruntled at all, we have a running 4-star plus review with yelp and have never been below 4 stars, even without having negatives removed. We've even gotten a 2 star review recently because we have staff too willing to help. Yeah, really, that was a 2-star review. Just don't take information on Yelp too seriously. It can be profoundly misleading.
