Mike had lunch at Bellue's Cajun Cuisine #2 on Jefferson Hwy in Baton Rouge yesterday. Here's what he brought home:

File comment: They call it crawfish bisque. It was more like an ettouffee. Interesting idea to roll the head stuffings into tamales. This was served with good greens and corn.
