Rouses had catfish on sale, so I said to my self, Catfish Fryday. With the catfish I had mac and cheeze, and left over baked asparagus with Ranch dressing and marinated roasted red peppers. Lets eat.

It was a very satisfying meal, if I must say so my self. Yum.

Looks great as always JimZ! When ever I am in New Orleans I always stick my head in Rouses in the Quarter even though small I always pick up something.....like wine...... This past week I was in Gulf Shores and they have a a fairly new (since I have been there) Rouses that has opened. They just about had to drag me out of there! A great great store!!!!
