Well not quite a BLT. The lettuce in my garden is not big enough to pick yet. So I picked kale and horseradish leaves for the greens. Guess it's a BKHT sammie. Lets get this sammie built. Home made bread lightly toasted. Bacon on the slathered mayo'd bread. Sliced tomato. Then the torn Kale and Horseradish leaves.

It's a beautiful thing.

However, I am growing more and more concerned about the absence of your shop foreman from your kitchen photos. I hope he is in good health!

And I would be remiss if I did not mention how gruntled I am with the final score!

chawlie...

The "HB" has been missing for sometime now,
and JImZ ignores your queries, but to tell truth
He has been asked not to talk about it
while the investigation is in progress.

Yes, I have been identified as a
PERSON OF INTEREST.

Lee,
You should see the bacon I pile on my BLT

JIMZ...

Since I was a little one, I always made a BLT with 4 slices of bacon, and do so till this day. Now as far as tomatoes, the more the better. Been a long time since white bread. Too gummy. Now a BLT Poorboy on Liedenheimer(sp?), Yumm. Need 8 slices of bacon for that and maybe a fried egg.

PS Update: Honey Bear has been on a secrete mission and reports back regularly.
