Leftover ham from New Years was begging me to use it up, so I came up with this recipe last night.

Cubed ham, fresh mushrooms, spinach, and gruyere cheese are just some of the ingredients. This was simply delicious.

Looks really great. Knowing you made it, I can only imagine how good it must taste.

Good idea, Lolly. Looks delish. Hard to see what else is in the ingredients, but I would add diced red onion, and diced red pepper. Believe it or not, I never made pie crust. Yours looks beautiful, Lolly.
