Hey Maria, there's an online article from NY Magazine about Santa Rosa Plums at http://nymag.com/restaurants/recipes/in ... --20080908. Have you tried them?

Lake, I've had plums here but I don't recall ever seeing a sign that specified if they were SR plums. I don't buy specialty produce in the grocery for the most part and fruit is specialty IMO. I have some plums in the fridge. I will check it out. I know they are very plentiful here right now. There are also a few different varities I noticed. Thanks for the heads up
