My sister-in-law brought this over last weekend and it is delicious:

# 1 8oz block cream cheese, softened
# 1/2 c sugar
# 3/4 c brown sugar
# 1 t vanilla
# 1/2 bag Heathbar Bits (or Skor)

Cream the first 4 ingredients then stir in the Heathbar Bits.

This recipe was found at http://www.grouprecipes.com/24985/heath ... e-dip.html. I don't think my SIL used vanilla and she said she doesn't measure the Bits.
