Still trying to use up the St. Patrick Parade cabbage. This also included eggplant, zucchini, and yellow squash (at over a dollar a piece), onions, broccoli ends, hot peppers from the backyard, and crushed red pepper. Healthy, easy, and very good. That's plain old spaghetti cooked with some sesame oil and soy sauce.
Coated each slice with olive oil and herbs on both sides and ran them under the In-a-Topper until tender. Then topped them with an olive oil/Italian bread crumb mixture. Finally, sprinkled on cheese and crushed red pepper flakes. I was in the mood for "hot".
