Chef/Owner Edel, aka Eddie, has moved from Dallas to open his latest endeavor, Courtyard Grill in the 4400 block of Magazine. He has performed an extreme makeover, transforming the former site of Eva’s pies et al, (on the river side between Napoleon and Jena), into a comfortable eating place with interior and, of course, exterior courtyard dining ala deck.

I am sworn to secrecy about the nature of the cuisine but suffice it to say the name is indicative of most food preparation. Chef Eddie prefers this air of mystery to entice and surprise his diners..

His anticipated opening will; be in several weeks, pending inspections; so, save your appetites for the opening sign. Also, phone directory service/listing has not yet been established.
