"Archie" enters from work. 'Get away from me; all of youse!'

Edith: "Archie, welcome home. How was your day?

A. Bunker: "Edith, I already said for every body to GET-away-- waaaay away -- from me. That's how my day went!'

The original 'Iron Woman,' Edith Bunker, replies 'Well, I'll get your dinner, and you can relax. Oh. And I'll get you a beer, Archie."

Carroll O'Connor didn't have to play detective about his missing dessert at work, 'cause just a mere peer into his, er, Archie's lunch pail, drew Archie's reply: 'Well, you might forget the beer and you might even forget dinner, because, Edith Bunker, you forgot to put a Twinkie in my lunch box!'

"?" Didn't feel the need to explain, since it was a inside joke with my inside self: Recalled a railroad man who had an affinity for Twinkies and often fussed at his then-live-in woman -- who would later become his wife -- when she failed to add Twinkies to his lunch box.
