My neighbor Tony set out two of his hog traps. So far he has trapped the three little piggies plus mom. "Still" hunting he has shot two boars. I might have to lend him a hand. This is gonna be a good year for pig meat. ;)

I have never found a store that sells pork as good as the wild stuff. It's a whole lot leaner & I think it has a better flavor. ;)

We useta hunt them back in Village de l'Est back in the olden days with the LA WLF guys. We gave them to Mary, Our Lady of Vietnam for festivals and lemme tell you.....they turned out some nice dishes!
