It's that time again! I'm serving a very traditional sicilian pasta dish - Pasta con sarde e finnoccio - pasta with sardines and fennel. My mom would only make this for the feast of St. Joseph...but I'm doing it daily (or as long as my very hard to come by bronze-cut percatelli holds out)...Goes great with our Kim Crawford unoaked chardonnay...
I'll be doing italian easter pies shortly and easter bread, too.
