We've passed the 9 month mark! After 9 months I have a feel of what is working and what isn't. I dipped my toe into the dinner water but it's really not for me, not now, anyway. I'd much rather concentrate on what we do really well: breakfast, lunch and brunch.

I'm expanding the breakfast menu by leaps. We're doing waffles with assorted toppings and fillings (something called The Boardwalk is coming very soon!!) several varieties of pancakes, french toast, breakfast platters, etc.

Lunch specials are changing. Rather than having carbonara, bolognese and especially lasagna available only one day per week, they'll be available every day. Yes, lasagna made to order. We're also introducing a brand new panini line - today we're doing two special paninis (one with fresh mozzarella, pancetta, tomato and basil; the other with ham, brie, apple slices and cranberry walnut mayo). Come September, assorted paninis will be available every day.

slow roasted brisket, pork and turkey every day!

Come in to check us out! We're speedrolling into our one year anniversary!

Our official anniversary is November 10th...but the fact that I've survived 9 months seems like a milestone, too!
