I got to the CBD/Warehouse Arts District a bit early today so I killed some time by taking a little "Lunch Walk" of my own before fetching Mrs. Fury. Here's my pics:

I guess it was part of the building they pulled down to make that parking lot. Ya, not far from La Boca. Which, by the way, I wanna go there when I'm on vacation the week of July 7th. I'm going to New Orleans on my vacation, ya know! 8-)

It really says, "See glassblowers at work now". I noticed that if you look at it from a certain angle some of the letters are obstructed and it comes out like in the picture.

ROFL!!!! Good eye, copper. :)

I love glass... and I love that Glassblowing school and gift shop. A few years ago I admired this HUGE very modern chandelier... very modern. Then last year, on a visit to Vodka/w/Olives boyfriend's home, I saw the very same chandelier hanging. It looked gaaawgeous. I was appropriately envious.

Tom and I went to LaBoca recently for the first time, (wow!!) with expat and her husband. We noticed that pump thing. LOL, I forget now what Tom told me it was. And he's still sleeping.... and by the time I wake him up, (in ten minutes) I'll have forgotten to ask him.

More than ya'll wanted to know? 8-)
